OK is Norwood’s first solo exhibition at Patricia Fleming Projects.
Norwood makes art across a variety of disciplines; this can be painting, sculpture or furniture. Through the use of acrylic car paint and intense saturation of colour and gloss he draws the viewer into the decadence of his psychedelic world. The combined process of gravity, sanding, chemical reaction, temperature, hydrophobia and evaporation creates details reminiscent of a wide range of natural forms and landscapes.
