This print is part of a series of illustrations of found items from a playground floor. 
Lynch begun to conflate this location with that of the “field of misogyny” described in Christine de Pizan’s 1405 book The Book of the City of Ladies. These prints are the beginnings of new work she is developing for an exhibition at Patricia Fleming Projects in May 2019.
